Amendment of Articles of Association of Avaron Emerging Europe Smaller Companies Fund
Avaron Emerging Europe Smaller Companies Fund gets a new Estonian name. Fund’s name in English will not change.
The name in Estonian will be Avaroni Kasvuettevõtete Fond.
No material changes that could affect investor’s interest were made to the fund or its documents.
The amendment of the Articles of Association was approved by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority on July 1st, 2024.
