Amendment of Articles of Association of Avaron Emerging Europe Smaller Companies Fund
The new version of the Articles of Association of Avaron Emerging Europe Smaller Companies Fund shall enter into force on June 15th, 2024.
The limits of total costs of the fund have been amended. According to the Articles of Association, the legal limit is 5% of the fund’s weighted average net value per year.
The amendment may significantly affect the investor’s interests. No redemption fee is applied when exiting the fund.
The amendment of the Articles of Association was approved by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority on May 13th, 2024.
