To support Ukraine Avaron has donated money to two non-profit organisations – Estonian Refugee Council which organizes evacuation of Ukrainians and provides humanitarian assistance and NGO Mondo which assists refugees and people living in crisis areas in Ukraine already since 2014.
Also, some of our employees have opened their homes to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees during this humanitarian disaster.

With the greatest respect towards Ukrainian leadership and brave people that fight for their country we acknowledge that they are not just fighting for Ukraine but also for the freedom of Estonia and other Emerging Europe republics and Finland that Putin considers part of his empire. 24th of February, the day the war started, is Estonia’s Independence Day, celebrating Estonia’s declaration of independence gained in 1918. Waking up on our Independence Day morning and seeing the news of war reminded us how lucky Emerging Europe region is being part of NATO and EU.
